Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Female Sales Executive, located in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Identifying and managing potential clients.
- Conducting property viewings and providing accurate property information.
- Reaching sales targets, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Preparing sales reports and assisting in developing marketing strategies.
- Staying updated with market trends, property values, and real estate developments.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
